Our Story
Where Should We Start?
In 2017-2021, I (John) had worked in social media marketing starting at the ripe age of 17.
With my business partner, we worked with musical artists amassing millions of monthly listeners, aggressively growing their following through social media marketing.
Mid 2021, I wanted a change of scene. I wanted to lean more into people. So, I began a diploma in therapy counselling and worked as a support worker for two separate companies.
Spoiler (not really): I loved it.
In less than a year, I started my own support working business and after a time of tackling three jobs and studying, I eventually branched out on my own with my business (still active to this day)
And in 2023, I founded OverFlo AI.
I could finally combine my love for helping people with my love for emerging technology.
OverFlo AI had only one overarching purpose for NDIS Providers:
"Minimise repetitive admin work, to maximise essential support work."
I started from scratch, I spent several months learning the ropes in AI and researched its vast landscape of cutting-edge tools and tech releasing every day (I still do to this day)
"How can help NDIS businesses with AI?" I'd ask myself.
The answer? An Automated Phone System... Or AI Voice Agents… Or Digital Receptionists (there's a lot of names)
With a fraction of the cost, we have the quickest and most efficient way to minimise tedious admin workload, which in turn, maximises the Provider's focus to their support work services.

We know AI is scary, but we also understand that's the inevitable future. AI is a tool FOR humans, not their replacement. Which is why we're very adamant for this kind of technology to handle the uninspiring work, and for humans to handle the inspiring work, as we always should.
Taking Accountability
We hold ourselves to a high standard. We will never hesitate to speak honestly because accountability is extremely paramount for us. We expect the same level of transparency from our clients as well, and we will turn down those who don't hold these values.
Keep it Stupid Simple
We don't like technical jargon or overly complex plans or strategies either. Efficiency is our top priority and we aim to get it done as fast and in the highest quality as possible. No shortcuts, just efficient honest work.
