What OverFlo's All About

In 2017-2021, I (John) had worked in social media marketing starting at the ripe age of 17.

With my business partner, we worked with musical artists amassing millions of monthly listeners, aggressively growing their following through social media marketing.

Mid 2021, I wanted a change of scene. I wanted to lean more into my other strengths: people. So, I began a diploma in counselling and worked as a support worker for two separate companies.

And to my surprise, I loved it.

In less than a year, I started my own support working business and after a time of tackling three jobs and studying, I eventually branched out on my own with my business (still active to this day)

And in 2023, I founded OverFlo AI. I could finally combine my love for technology and my love for helping people.

OverFlo AI had only one overarching purpose for NDIS Providers:

"Minimise boring admin, to maximise support work services."

I saw first-hand in the industry of NDIS that business owners had significant struggles with maintaining their customer satisfaction while also being distracted with their administrative tasks.

And to do them with minimal overhead costs quickly and efficiently seemed like an impossible dream.

So I started from scratch, I spent several months learning the ropes in AI and researching its vast landscape of cutting-edge tools and tech released every day.

"How can I bring AI into the NDIS industry?" I'd ask myself.
